What we leave out

No added sugars. No added sweeteners. None.

Added Sugars

FDA recommends limiting added sugars to less than 10% of daily calories. We don't add any — not cane sugar, not honey, not syrups.

Artificial Sweeteners

No aspartame, sucralose, saccharin, or acesulfame-K. WHO does not recommend non-sugar sweeteners for long-term weight control.

Natural Sweeteners

No stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol. We let the real ingredients speak for themselves.

Sugar Alcohols

No sorbitol, xylitol, or maltitol. Common in 'sugar-free' products but not in Blend Lab.
